CCS is excited to announce Patrick Johnson as a new member of its Board of Directors. Patrick serves as Assistant Director of Home Base, Inc. and, along with his partner, is a Shared Living Provider.
“I bring my years of experience in social services to the board but more importantly I feel my connections to our clients and the community are the largest asset I have to bring,” Patrick said.
Patrick has worked in the social service field for over 30 years in various capacities from teaching literacy, art classes, case management ,job develop and direct service. In addition, Patrick said, “For the last 20 years I have captained sailing vessels all over the world and currently inspect commercial and pleasure craft on Lake Champlain and the coastline.”
Originally from Noank CT, Patrick currently lives in Burlington’s Old North End.
In his spare time e enjoys mountain biking in and sailing/kiting surfing on Lake Champlain.
