Benefit Bake at American Flatbread on 11/15 supports CCS
Come out – and bring ALL your friends and family – to American Flatbread Burlington Hearth on Tuesday, November 15th. Treat yourself to delicious wood fire oven baked flatbreads and support CCS: American Flatbread will donate $3.50 for each large flatbread sold and $1.75 for each small bread to CCS! Come hungry – the food is delicious!
American Flatbread is located at at 115 St Paul ST in Burlington. Benefit Bake applies to any orders from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Champlain Community Services (CCS), Inc., in our 49th year of serving our community, offers coordinated one-to-one supported employment, home & shared living, school-to-career transition, and community supports to adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties, Vermont.
We also promote and coordinate self-advocacy activities, and offer crisis (24 hour on-call response) and respite (staffing and coordination of additional hours)
A small, family-centered organization providing lifelong supports, CCS offers personalized, intentional service. We work closely with each individual — and the people important to them — to help them create a fulfilling life respectful of his or her unique goals and dreams.
