For over 16 years we have successfully assisted people with various levels and types of disabilities find and maintain employment by providing the supports that employees and employers need to ensure success.
Working Interviews
We offer employers and job seekers the opportunity to “try on” a job for a day before making the decision to hire.
On-the-Job Support and Training
You and your new employee will have the support and expertise of a Job Coach. The Job Coach is a CCS employee who helps the new hire learn the job and master the task. The Job Coach will also help you and your staff to understand how to deliver any accommodations, if necessary. If long term supports are needed, the Job Coach is available to assist at any time.
Long Term Customer Service
Once the tasks are defined and your new hire is fully trained, we will still be available for assistance and support.

Assistance is provided to help you find the perfect job. We get to know your unique talents, goals, and dreams, and then work closely with you to connect with potential employers.
We’re here to help you locate, apply for, and interview at workplaces that you choose. We’ll help you settle into your new job, master your tasks, and connect with your co-workers. In addition, we can provide long term support to help you maintain your job and reach higher goals.
