While she came aboard just before the current health crisis hit, CCS officially welcomes Emily Posner to its Direct Support Professionals team. “I see this as an opportunity to work for social justice and inclusion,” Emily said. “I have never worked in this field but I hope to learn and grow as a DSP.”
Emily earned a B.A. in Dance/Theater Choreography and Performance at Keene State College. “Dance has been a passion of mine,” she said, “and I hope to integrate it into this community, as it may work as a therapy like yoga.”
Born in New York, Emily grew up in South Burlington and now lives in Winooski.
