CCS is pleased to welcome Jennifer Lian as a Residential Program Manager. With more than twenty years of experience as a Senior Professional Advisor at Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) at the University of Vermont (UVM), Jennifer has worked with individuals, students, families, and professionals with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and with varying professional, academic, learning, and life goals.

Jennifer said she will be working with a team of residential support staff and the Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive residential services for an individual who owns their own home.

“I look forward to working with the CCS team and their clients to help individuals and the organization reach their goals,” she said.

Raised in northwestern Connecticut, Jennifer moved to Vermont for college and has lived here ever since.  She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in professional writing from Northern Vermont University, and a Master of Education degree from UVM.

Jennifer now lives in Hinesburg. When not working, she says, “I enjoy spending free time pursuing outdoor adventures with my family (kids, hubs and our Springer Spaniel and our ginger cat). We enjoy camping, hiking, biking, boating and exploring new places.”

Welcome aboard, Jennifer, and best of luck!
