We are proud to announce that CCS has earned “Best Places to Work in Vermont for 2022” recognition, the fourth consecutive year we’ve received this honor. Project partners Workforce Research Group Vermont Business Magazine made the announcement, also on behalf of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Vermont State Council and the VT Chamber of Commerce.
The announcement noted, in part, “Creating a great workplace where employees are eager to give their best effort every day is challenging. Being named to the list demonstrates that your organization has what it takes to retain and recruit a highly engaged workforce.”
Our entire organization shares in this honor, from the leadership of our all-volunteer Board through the dedicated work of our front line and administrative staff.
