Meet Shiel Afzelius-Hart, a new member of our Service Coordinator team. She brings nearly five years’ experience in both case management (Vermont Comforts of Home) and direct support (Washington County Mental Health and Howard Center).
“I look forward to working with the CCS team to support clients in achieving their goals,” she said.
Shiel holds an Associates in Liberal Studies from CCV and is wrapping up a B.A. in Psychology at Northern Vermont University.
Away from work, Shiel said, “I enjoy gardening (when the weather allows), spending time outside with my family, and traveling. “
Originally from Cabot, VT, Shiel currently lives in Burlington.
