Champlain Community Services is excited and honored to announce that Melina Moulton, CEO of Main Street Landing Company will be the featured speaker at our first Annual Awards Lunch.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th at Noon at the DoubleTree Burlington. CCS will also introduce and present several newly-established community awards, named to honor trailblazers in the agency’s history and development. Tickets go on sale soon!
Melinda Moulton has been involved in environmental and socially conscious redevelopment since 1983. Melinda has devoted the last 34 years of her life creating a new model for development. This model includes a “team approach to design, development, and construction” philosophy. Melinda provided the leadership to produce a 25-year incremental redevelopment project for the Burlington Vermont Waterfront, and spearheaded 250,000 square feet and thirty million dollars of built environment on Burlington’s Waterfront.
