WCAX broadcast the second in its week of interviews with Vermont Care Partners and member agencies and consumers focused on suicide awareness and prevention.

Vermont Care Partners (VCP) is reaching out to Vermonters during September – Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month – to provide education and information on the depth of suicide prevention and other mental health resources available statewide.

WCAX is featuring Vermont Care Partners’ efforts all this week. Tuesday’s second segment features Katie Aiken of United Counseling Services and Karen Kurrle of Washington County Mental Health Services.
